HartWest is currently is planning, designing, building and/or managing about $80 million in project value. Some of our current projects:

The Barlow Residence – HartWest is designing and building a new 3,000 sq. ft. home on the estuary in Dover Bay Resort, Dover, ID.

Bay Area University – Rob is preparing a business plan for the real estate assets of a higher education facility in Berkeley, CA

West Coast Buddhist Retreat – Rob is a long-term planning advisor for a popular meditation facility with possible plans for up to 135 new lodging units.

The Fischer Residence - Rob is creating a new 3 acre lot out of a 20-acre holding and designing and building a new home for a local doctor in Sandpoint, ID.

Los Angeles commercial property – Rob provides real estate asset management for a prime commercial corner property in LA.

Sandpoint Community – At no cost, Rob is currently helping 2 local households with financial modelling and business planning to find land and build an affordable home. He only charges for his time once the business plan and financial model are accepted by the client.
