October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Every year, too many families experience the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. In fact, research shows that 1 in 4 women will face this kind of loss in her lifetime.

Yet even with how common it is, so many grieve silently—feeling alone, unseen, or unsure how to talk about it.

This month, we want to change that. We want every woman to know: your grief matters, your story matters, and you are not alone.

Throughout October, 7B Care Clinic will be sharing encouragement, education, and resources as we honor the babies gone too soon and the families who carry them in their hearts.

What is PCOS?

Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common hormonal conditions, affecting about 1 in 10 women of reproductive age.

PCOS happens when the body makes higher levels of certain hormones, which can affect ovulation, periods, and overall health.

Common symptoms can include:
• Irregular or missed periods
• Acne or oily skin
• Excess hair growth on the face, chest, or back
• Thinning hair on the scalp
• Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
• Fertility struggles
• Fatigue or mood changes

Every woman’s experience with PCOS is different, and it’s important to know that you are not alone.
