Period Dos & Don’ts!
🚀 DO:
✔ Stay Hydrated – Drinking plenty of water helps reduce bloating, supports circulation, and can ease cramps. Herbal teas like ginger or chamomile are great for soothing discomfort! 💧🍵
✔ Move Your Body – Gentle movement like stretching, yoga, or a light walk can boost circulation and release endorphins, which help relieve cramps and improve your mood! 🏃♀️🧘♀️
