Ranked in the top 10% of community health centers across the nation, we have implemented systems that monitor and improve our delivery of care year after year. For example:
Over a period of four years, we decreased the number of patients with uncontrolled diabetes from 36 to 14%. In 2020, we reported the highest level of control in the state for our hypertensive population at 75%

Today we tried something new at KCH… Admin Job Swap Day. 😄
Marketing tackled budgets.
Finance tried to get creative.
IT handled HR.

And let’s just say… we quickly realized why everyone has their own job title. 😅

Putting words to feelings can reduce their intensity and help you respond with care rather than reaction. 💙 It also opens the door for communication, helping others better understand what you’re experiencing.
