🔧✨ Employee of the Month – January 2026 ✨🔧

Congratulations to Stephen, our Maintenance Assistant — though he prefers to go by FXR (Fixer!) — on being named Employee of the Month!

Stephen has been part of our team for 15 months and says what he enjoys most about his job is simply being helpful. He’s especially proud of the wide scope of duties he’s able to accomplish — and we’re certainly grateful for everything he keeps running smoothly around here!

Fun facts about Stephen?
He can do the splits — and he’s been captain of every team sport he’s played on! 💪

Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing e-bicycle rides, exercising, and spending time with his cats. His go-to snacks include beef jerky and kombucha, and his entertainment favorites range from electronic and alternative music to the movie Memento and the show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

What makes him smile at work?
“So much! Teamwork the most.” 😄

And if he were stranded on a deserted island, he’d choose Cleopatra to be by his side.
