I truly have the best students ever!
Quietly and quickly setting up for a birth,
Offering labor support, encouragement, and gentle guidance to a mom who needs just a little more in that moment,
Calmly and smoothly responding to complications as a fluid team,
Seamlessly switching roles when needed,
Driving my car to the hospital and waiting so patiently while I make sure mom and baby are settled
Cleaning up the birth area quickly and thoroughly, even when it’s the middle of the night—-

Brittany and Emily are such a blessing to me and all the families we have the privilege of serving together! I had no idea how much I was getting the better end of the deal when Emily approached me about becoming her preceptor back in 2022. I’m so glad she did!
