Try this even if you don’t feel it. Mooji’s most recent advice was to meditate/pray, “Thank you thank you thank you,” over and over and over until it’s a part of your cells. That’s my meditation/prayer lately and a walk everyday helping me amidst the stress about work.

Sent this quote to some friends on March 10th, and I also decided last Autumn not to go to Germany/Italy this March b/c I had an uneasy feeling about it but didn’t know why. Things like this also happened to me before 9/11, it supports the concept that things are already in motion far before your conscious mind is aware of them, kind of like you can feel Spring or a Storm is coming before it arrives.
