Today I did something just for me. I booked into a hot HIIT Pilates class while travelling on my holidays. New studio, new faces, hard work and so worth it.

This is your holiday tip: staying committed to your goals doesn’t mean missing out. It means being intentional, planning ahead, and choosing things that make you feel good.

You never regret the plans you make for your wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a nutritional therapist and health coach at Northwell Nutrition, and I help busy midlife and career driven women who are tired of feeling low on energy, out of sync with their hormones or stuck with stubborn health frustrations. If you’re juggling work, life and wellbeing and want to feel like yourself again, you’re in the right place.

I care about this work because I’ve seen how powerful it is when women finally get personalised, practical support rather than quick fixes. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client feel like herself again and realise she’s not “just broken”, “just tired” or “just stressed” after all.

Outside the clinic, I’m usually keeping fit, practising ballroom and Latin dancing or getting overly excited about whatever veg is currently growing in my garden. Those little joys remind me why I love helping women feel well enough to enjoy their own lives fully.

I just wrapped up my final NutriLink menopause webinar, and wow, what a journey.

Continual education is at the heart of my practice, and diving deep into the latest research on menopause reminds me just how powerful targeted nutrition and lifestyle support can be for the systemic changes happening for so many women.
