✨ NEW YEAR’S DAY • 7 YEAR ANNIVERSARY FLOW ✨ 9:30-11

Seven years ago, WE Yoga opened its doors with a simple intention: to create a space for connection, movement, and community. What has grown since then is so much more than a studio.

On New Year’s Day, we gather to celebrate 7 years of WE Yoga, honoring the journey behind us and the possibilities ahead. This special anniversary flow will be a practice of gratitude, reflection, intention, and joy, a chance to move together, breathe together, and step into the new year grounded and inspired.

💫 Expect an uplifting 90 minute flow w/ Kelly
💫 Moments of intention + celebration
💫 Deep appreciation for the community that makes WE Yoga home
💫 Beverages + healthy snacks after class

Whether you’ve been here since day one or just found your way to the mat, this class is for you. Thank you for 7 beautiful years of trust, presence, and heart. Here’s to what lies ahead 🤍

✨ Winter Solstice at WE Yoga ❄️🌘
Sunday, December 21st
8:30 Flow with Nicole M
5:30 Candlelight Flow with Ann

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, a sacred pause where nature turns inward, inviting stillness, reflection, and renewal. It symbolizes the return of the light, the slow brightening of days, and the perfect moment to release what no longer serves and welcome fresh intention.

On this powerful seasonal doorway, yoga becomes more than movement, it’s ritual, grounding, and a way to align with nature’s rhythm 🖤✨

Join us on your mat to:
🌙 Slow down and reconnect
🔥 Warm the body + awaken inner fire
🤍 Create space for clarity + intention
🌅 Honor the shift toward more light

✨December Instructor Spotlight: Mariela Rebelo✨

☀️ Morning Ritual
Coffee or tea + a walk with my husband. movement, connection, and a little sunshine to start the day.

☕️ Coffee, Tea, or Green Juice?
Tea forever. Earl Grey with milk + honey is my love language. And on boost-needed days: lavender matcha.

🥗 Post-Yoga Snack
Usually nothing. I practice later in the day. If I do eat (after a wild Kelly or Tina class 😉), I keep it light and whole.

🎧 Current Obsession
Finding small artists worldwide and building playlists from Spotify rabbit holes. My class music always tells a story.

🌲 Off the Mat
I work full-time on my husband’s YouTube channel and recently picked up running, an unexpected new love.

🪷 Something You Might Not Know
My first time driving… involved accidentally running from the police in Buenos Aires. Oops. 😂

💫 Three Words
Compassionate • Generous • Direct

🧘🏼 What Brought Me to Yoga
Curiosity. I found a book called 108 Yoga Poses when I was 11 and tried malasana and was instantly hooked.

🎓 Training
I became a teacher when I was living on the Sunshine Coast in Australia and completed my 200-hour training in (2015), yin studies in Bali, and a love for honoring tradition while teaching with my own magic.

💛 Favorite Pose
I am enjoying Down Dog right now, my runner legs crave it. Love-to-Hate: I try not to give negative connotation to any Yoga pose. I save my complaints for burpees in Tara’s sculpt class.😉

🌿 How I Want Students to Feel
Something. Feeling is what makes us human, what makes us feel present, what validates time. As long as they feel something, whatever that is, I consider my job done.

🕊 Biggest Lesson
Patience. Let me say it again, in caps: PATIENCE.
