✨Meet your LMT✨

Ruby Courser has been enveloped in the healing powers of touch, breath, and movement for as long as she can remember. Noticing even as a small child the impact of matching her breath to others and moving her body intentionally.

Over the past 7 years Ruby has combined her love of breath, movement, and touch to create an intentional and therapeutic practice as a Massage therapist and later as a yoga instructor.
Ruby would describe her massage therapy style as grounding, nourishing, and intuitive.
Through her years of schooling and continuing education Ruby has found herself drawn to therapeutic massage, nervous system regulation, and deep tissue modalities; adapting her approach to each individual client and their bodywork needs.

Outside of the treatment and yoga spaces you’ll often find Ruby playing in the lakes and mountains North Idaho has to offer, exploring new (to her) lands and cultures, or in the kitchen cooking and baking. With each of her hobbies Ruby is reminded of the importance of nourishment, breath, and moving with intention; qualities she strives to bring to both her life and the lives of those she works with
