“’My Agreement is everything. It is the expression of my free will. It is my return love song to God.’ The strongholds in our mind, whether they be positive or negative, are strongholds of agreement. Our agreement is the key to building a stronghold, whether it be negative with wrong thinking, or positive through our agreement with God. Agreement is everything.” (Rev Jean Trainer)
Where is your agreement? Is it in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil where you’re always in the “good guy-bad guy” circle; trying to figure out for yourself what’s right, what’s wrong, who’s good and who’s bad? Or is your agreement in the Tree of Life where you’re anchored in agreement with Jesus? In the Tree of Life He has paid for us, bought us, and resurrected us into a new creation person.
Rev Jean’s passion is to help people change their lives through agreement with God. She walks this out by helping people learn how to apply the Word of God in their lives; to get results so that they can live the way they are meant to live. “There is more to Christian life than ‘get saved and be good.’” In addition to teaching the principles of Elijah House, she has developed a revelational teaching on the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life and the “good guy-bad guy” circle.
Rev Jean is also passionate about racial reconciliation and has received multiple prophetic words confirming that she is “called to the South”. When the Center relocated to the East End she was able to engage that word, because in this community, the subject of racial reconciliation is talked about often. She has been privileged to begin to minister in African American churches and to people of African American culture. Her vision is for a Church that is multi-racial (multi-color) and multi-cultural. Her desire is to change the dialogue and see people disown how the world handles conflict and embrace the reconciliation that has already been done in the Cross. She actively pursues getting this vision before leaders who are able to influence change in the Church and community.
