Meow Yoga & Wellness After years of deepening her own practice, Elizabeth became an RYT 200 yoga teacher in 2008 and a certified personal trainer in 2019.

Yoga and wellness info for yoga teacher Elizabeth Millard, as well as other opportunities for fitness, health, and connection "up north" in Pine County, MN and surrounding areas. Since then, she’s led classes in Minneapolis as well as throughout her rural county “up north” in Hinckley and Sandstone, MN. Her focus is on making yoga as accessible, joyful, and playful as possible, because we could al

l use more lightness and joking and savasana, right? When not teaching, she’s a freelance writer for health and wellness, and her work has appeared in Runner’s World, Women’s Health, TIME Magazine, and SELF, among other publications. She lives in a cabin with her five perfect cats and will talk anytime about cold plunges, tattoos, and dance movies.
