Autotelic is a word used to describe people who are internally driven and have a purpose within, and not distant from, themselves. They are motivated by a strong sense of intention and curiosity. The autotelic experience is a reinforcing property of the state of flow and the activity becomes its own reward.

Reiki is an ancient healing technique that can be used to heal yourself, others, animals, plants and the Earth. The Usui System of Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) was founded in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui. Usui Reiki has three levels, each with attunements (meaning your energy is raised to the higher frequency of Reiki energy). Reiki energy can only be channeled by people who have been attuned to it by a certified Master.
