Join us WEDNESDAYS at 8 AM for ELEMENTAL YOGA: a holistic practice that weaves together yoga, Ayurveda (Ancient Indian Medicine) and nature-based philosophy by aligning yoga practices with the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether (Space). Each element corresponds with specific energies, qualities, chakras, nerve plexuses, glands and organs. This practice is rooted in the understanding that these elements exist both in nature and within the human body and mind, and that balancing them can support physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. These classes will encapsulate the full spectrum from grounding to uplifting and everything in between so you can leave feeling balanced and connected.

Join us TUESDAYS at 4:30 PM for SLOW FLOW YOGA: Slow flow is an all-level yoga class that cultivates a strong body and a calm mind. It is a series of sequenced asanas that tones the body, strengthens muscles and core to support health and wellness. The asana flow is practiced more slowly and has static holds. The practice connects breath with movement and includes sun salutations with fundamental standing and floor asanas to build heat and increase body awareness. Benefits of slow flow are reduced stress & anxiety and improved sleep, balance, core strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Join us SATURDAYS at 9:30 AM for MINDFUL FLOW YOGA: this class is creative and fluid, connecting breath with movement. The flowing asana with breathwork explores the body and mind connection, enhancing stamina and strength. The class has an Ayurveda (the science of life) connection to the outer worldβ€”i.e. seasons, weather, energy of the roomβ€”with the inner experience unique to each student. You will leave this class with a feeling of vitality. (MINDFUL FLOW is also offered Mondays at 5:30 pm).
