RESTORATIVE RESONANCE TUESDAYS 9 AM | Nikki
Nikki will lead a gentle meditative practice that is slow paced focusing on relaxation and stress reduction. Restorative yoga is generally considered safe and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels including beginners and those recovering from injuries. Poses are supported with the aid of props like blankets and bolsters that promote stillness and calm. The poses are often held for extended duration usually 5-20 minutes to release tension. Breathwork is incorporated to calm an enhance relaxation. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, “rest and digest”. Nikki will close the class with sound healing. This deep immersive meditative experience will further relax the muscles, letting tightness melt away.

Does anyone have a Christmas tree that they would like to donate to TimDorseyFitness? We are going to be accepting gift drop offs to the gym which we will be sharing with families in need. 

We will be breaking gifts into age groups. 0 to 4. 4 to 8. 8 to 12. 13-18.

Generalized gifts… Toy cars or stuffies. console games or Gift cards… whatever you feel like your age group would enjoy, if you are interested in participating.  

As we get a little closer to Santa arriving we will reach out and ask the community for names of those in need and we will try to help as much as we can!
