As a certified life coach and energetic kinesiologist, I thrive on helping people overcome obstacles. Whether those hurdles are physical, emotional, spiritual or result from emotional trauma, physical injury or chronic illness, it’s my passion to work with clients to identify not only the obvious areas requiring intervention, but also those often hidden from view. Every individual comes to me with his or her own life experiences and priorities that require an approach tailored specifically for him or her. Often physical ailments manifest from emotional wounds or burdens we may not realize we carry. My experiences as a wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner and certified practitioner inform my work. It’s through my decades of experience as a salon owner and “hairapist” talking to clients, discovering their unique identities and gifts and mentally sorting through their baggage that I realized my gift for helping people extended beyond my salon. My own holistic wellness journey began nearly two decades ago following the birth of my last child. Frustrated by traditional medicine’s focus on symptoms and not finding resolution, I discovered an approach new to me, but as old as the ages. Through naturopathy and energetic kinesiology, my body was restored back into balance. My own personal experience compelled me to learn more. Under the mentorship of a naturopathic doctor and various other wellness practitioners, I have developed my own style. My positive energy, tenacity and intuitive nature position me to help others find the joy in their lives. My life’s work is to empower people to live well and energetically-aligned with their God-given purpose and design. ✨🔜✨ It’s been a long time coming!… Innergize is in the final phase of claiming its physical space in Sandusky, Mi!!

⏰ Since launching Innergize in January 2023, I have been working with clients both in person and remotely. However, scheduling in-person appointments became increasingly difficult without office space. When the opportunity to rent the former dress shop in town arose, I was excited!!

😊 I am grateful to all my clients who met me here, there, and everywhere while I transformed the shop into my wellness studio. A BIG thank you to Accents Hair Salon for sharing your space and always making me and my clients feel welcome.

❤️‍🩹I am a Hope Dealer! I am passionate about assisting individuals to activate their inner healing power and transform mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social trials into triumphs. Stress, overwhelm, sadness, frustration, fear, bitterness, anxiousness, and disappointment have all come to me seeking hope. What a wonderful opportunity to learn more about women’s heart health from Dr. Khetarpal! He was very informative and of course I got excited when he spoke about the emotional connection to women’s heart health. I thought about making an appointment with him just to learn more!

It was a fun filled classy event for our community. 😊 A great to make new friends and connect with like minded business owners. 💖

At 40, Franz Kafka (1883-1924), who never married and had no children, was walking through a park one day in Berlin when he met a girl who was crying because she had lost her favourite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll unsuccessfully.
Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back to look for her.
The next day, when they had not yet found the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter "written" by the doll saying "please don't cry. I took a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures."
Thus began a story which continued until the end of Kafka's life.
During their meetings, Kafka read the letters of the doll carefully written with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable.
Finally, Kafka brought back the doll (he bought one) that had returned to Berlin.
"It doesn't look like my doll at all," said the girl.
Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote: "my travels have changed me." The little girl hugged the new doll and brought the doll with her to her happy home.
A year later Kafka died.
Many years later, the now-adult girl found a letter inside the doll. In the tiny letter signed by Kafka it was written:
"Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end, love will return in another way."
Embrace change. It's inevitable for growth. Together we can shift pain into wonder and love, but it is up to us to consciously and intentionally create that connection. ❤️
