As a certified life coach and energetic kinesiologist, I thrive on helping people overcome obstacles. Whether those hurdles are physical, emotional, spiritual or result from emotional trauma, physical injury or chronic illness, it’s my passion to work with clients to identify not only the obvious areas requiring intervention, but also those often hidden from view. Every individual comes to me with
his or her own life experiences and priorities that require an approach tailored specifically for him or her. Often physical ailments manifest from emotional wounds or burdens we may not realize we carry. My experiences as a wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner and certified practitioner inform my work. It’s through my decades of experience as a salon owner and “hairapist” talking to clients, discovering their unique identities and gifts and mentally sorting through their baggage that I realized my gift for helping people extended beyond my salon. My own holistic wellness journey began nearly two decades ago following the birth of my last child. Frustrated by traditional medicine’s focus on symptoms and not finding resolution, I discovered an approach new to me, but as old as the ages. Through naturopathy and energetic kinesiology, my body was restored back into balance. My own personal experience compelled me to learn more. Under the mentorship of a naturopathic doctor and various other wellness practitioners, I have developed my own style. My positive energy, tenacity and intuitive nature position me to help others find the joy in their lives. My life’s work is to empower people to live well and energetically-aligned with their God-given purpose and design.
