November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month — a time to honor the care, compassion and expertise that help patients and families navigate life’s most profound moments. Here, every person’s journey is unique. Our teams walk beside each patient and family, providing expert medical care, emotional support and spiritual comfort. Hospice and palliative care are not about giving up. They’re about choosing comfort, dignity and presence when it matters most.

This month, we celebrate the caregivers, clinicians, volunteers and loved ones who make this work possible. Together, we affirm what hospice truly means: care guided by heart, grounded in respect and centered on each individual’s story.💙

For over 45 years, Hospice of the Western Reserve has been a leader of end-of-life care and provides comprehensive hospice and palliative care, caregiver support, and bereavement services across 16 counties in Northern Ohio.
