October 15 is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. 1 in 75 pregnancies in the U.S. ends in stillbirth — a statistic that carries unimaginable grief for the families affected. Too often, this pain is endured in silence.
By recognizing this day, we can help break the silence, offer compassion, and hold space for the parents and families who carry this invisible grief daily.

Cook a well-balanced meal together
Play outside in the fresh air
Teach your child how to check in with their body and recognize how they're feeling.
