John was the most honest, humorous, creative, and kind gentle soul. He was always ready to tell a joke (he especially liked the risqué ones).

"Sonny,” as he was affectionately known, served his country with honor as a member of the 24th Infantry Division of the United States Army. Sonny was thoughtful, generous, and had a quiet strength about him.

Terry was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He was a hard worker and employed by many local construction companies including Buckeye Excavating, Lake Erie Construction, Erie Blacktop, and was a retiree of Homan Transportation. He also owned and operated Terry’s Tavern in Monroeville.

T. where he had served as past commander. He was very active with the Attica Fair and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Monroeville.
