I am a seasoned mental health therapist with 30 years of experience in counseling adolescents, adults, and families. I provide trauma-focused counseling for adolescents and adults. I'm trained in EMDR, systems theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

In 2005 Kevin Berthia went to the Golden Gate Bridge to end his life.
He ended up talking about his life with Officer Kevin Briggs for 92 minutes while he was on the edge of the bridge.
