Our residents enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air while taking part in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. 🌿👟 The laughter, smiles, and sense of purpose made the day extra special as we came together to raise awareness and honor those touched by Alzheimer’s. 💛

"My husband has been in hospice care at Concord Care & Rehabilitation since June. He receives 24/7 nursing from some of the most caring and compassionate caregivers I have ever known. Concord Care is the only qualified nursing home that can accept LVAD patients between Sandusky and Cleveland Clinic. The facility is spotless, and the employees are very respectful and professional… If you are wanting a facility for your loved one, this is the right place for them. The grounds are beautiful and there is adequate parking."
