Guys! There are going to be a few classes moved off the schedule this week as I will be out of town.

we will not have 7:30 AM spin on Monday Wednesday or Friday.

The 8 AM circuit will be filled with the help of MB Dubbs!! I hope you decide to join her.

Currently there will be no at 5 PM.

I may have a cover for the 4:15 PM circuit… I will keep you updated.
