☀️ Now Hiring: Summer Youth Job Coaches

$18.00 per hour
Erie, Sandusky, Ottawa, Huron & Lorain Counties

Spend your summer making a real difference.

We’re looking for positive, dependable leaders to help students successfully transition into the workplace. As a Summer Youth Job Coach, you’ll support small groups (maximum 1:4 ratio), help build job skills, encourage independence, and create a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.

Program Details:
• 25–30 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)
• No weekends or holidays
• Session 1: June 8 – July 9
• Session 2: July 13 – August 13
• Mileage reimbursement available for transporting students

If you’re at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and want meaningful summer work — this is a great opportunity to build experience while changing lives.
