Postnatal Couples Yoga Class Description
Reconnect, restore, and move together in this supportive postnatal couples yoga class designed for new parents. This gentle class focuses on rebuilding strength, improving flexibility, and supporting postpartum recovery while creating time for partners to connect and support one another.
Through simple partner stretches, mindful breathing, and calming movements, couples will work together to release tension, improve posture, and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles that may have been affected during pregnancy and birth. Partners will also learn helpful ways to support each other physically and emotionally during the postpartum journey.
This class provides a relaxed and welcoming space to slow down, reconnect as a couple, and nurture both body and mind while adjusting to life with a new baby. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are and enjoy moving together.
