a breath work/candle lighting exercise to set and intention and help release any unwanted energy within or around you.
*Listen and or share challenges as well as the beauty of parenthood.

*Movement to help nourish your soul and create a balance in your nervous system.
*The benefits of a daily gratitude practice and how to start your own.
*Nourish the body with tea and learn about herbs that are designed for pregnancy and postpartum.
