This past November the world lost a sweet soul - one of my former students, Joe Colby. At Sturgis I help run the Hope Squad (Peer to Peer Su***de Awareness) and it has had such a positive impact on our students. Please consider coming to help raise money for Sharing Kindness - the organization that makes Hope Squads in schools on the Cape & Islands possible. I will be teachinf the Yin yoga. It is limited to 50 ppl and all proceeds go to this amazing organization.

2 Yoga classes held at Cape Cod Rehab in Hyannis that are truly for any level. The Gentle Yoga is held in the “court room” that has a bar to aide in stability during balance poses and a knee height table for those who don’t want to lower to or rise from the floor, as well as Aqua Yoga in our warm pool, also with bars along the side to aide in balancing postures. The support and resistance of the water is helpful in improving strength, working on balance and cushioning the joints.

I am teaching some new classes at Cape Cod Rehab in Hyannis on Attucks Lane - come check them out and spread the word.

Aqua Yoga for those who would benefit from the added support of the water while practicing and reaping the benefits of a yoga practice. Tuesdays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 11:15 am.

Gentle Stretch Yoga on a mat for those who would like to improve their mobility and range of motion - Saturdays at 10 am.
