There’s more to this story…

This wasn’t something that shifted overnight.

This was a mother who had already explored so many avenues to support her daughter - therapy, treatment programs, residential treatment… and still, her daughter was struggling.

By the time they came to me, there was exhaustion… and also an openness to something different.

They traveled from many states away to be here, and we spent a weekend together in co-creation with Spirit - a spirit healing circle, past life regression, connection with loved ones, and individual energy work. There was a willingness to enter a space of true, unconditional Love…

There were so many loving presences around her to help her remember her truth as perfect spirit…holding her, guiding her, supporting her in ways we cannot always see. And something in her was ready.

When my guides gave me the message about “in three months it will be gone,” I truly didn’t want to say it. Because this work isn’t about prediction, and I would never want to create expectation or interfere with someone’s own unfolding.

But it was so clear… and so loud… that I chose to trust it and simply share.

What unfolded after that weekend was not linear.

There were small shifts.
Moments of openness.
Moments where it seemed like nothing was happening at all.

But underneath it… something was reorganizing.

And then, almost three months to the day, the eating disorder behaviors stopped. Something deeper had shifted.

This is what I mean when I say I don’t heal anyone.

I hold a space with Spirit where the soul can remember its wholeness.

And when that remembrance is allowed, even a little bit, even over time…things can change in ways that once felt impossible.

As A Course in Miracles teaches,
miracles occur naturally as expressions of Love. ✨❤️✨

This Love is available to everyone at all times. 💕💫

💕🌸🌅 FL - Next trip is planned!🪽

I loved being with you all last week. The time we shared with Spirit was so beautiful 🥹 - the love, the healing, the messages, and how they love to make us laugh through our tears. ☺️

I’ll be back April 23–28 in Juno Beach and would love to sit together again.

I’ll be offering a small number of private sessions:
• Mediumship Readings (connecting with loved ones in spirit)
• Life Path/Soul Guidance (working with your spirit guides)
• Spiritual Healing Sessions (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical healing)

I’ll also be hosting Spirit Healing Circles April 24–26 - two in Juno Beach and one in Wellington again.

The Wellington circle currently has 4 seats left, and I only opened 5 private sessions for the trip - 4 are still available.

💕💫🪷 During a reading yesterday, Spirit started tapping on a quote above my desk - A Course in Miracles Lesson 109: ‘I rest in God.’ It answered my client’s question perfectly. This morning, she shared that she asked a question at Gary Renard’s seminar last night - and his answer, too, was ‘I rest in God.’ 🤯🤯🤯 Wowwww! These things blow my mind even as a medium…such a strong reminder of how deeply connected we are - one Mind, one truth. 🙏🏼💫😇 So amazing!

Tuesday nights with this beautiful group. ✨ (Missing Laurie & Felicia!)

Our Advanced Psychic Mediumship Development Circle has become so much more than a class. It’s a supportive soul family that has walked together through life’s ups and downs while continuing to show up in service for each other and for the guest sitters who allow us to practice.

Watching everyone’s connection with Spirit deepen, their confidence grow, and the love in this circle expand has been such a gift. This work is sacred, and doing it together makes it even more powerful. 🤍🪽

If you feel called to develop your own intuitive gifts, I created a Beginner Intuitive Development Course to give you a strong foundation.
It’s a self-paced video course with 4 classes (2 hours each) designed to help you open and understand your natural intuitive abilities.

From there, many students choose to continue developing within the Home Circle.

And if you’d like to be a guest sitter for practice readings and help students strengthen their connection with Spirit, you’re very welcome.

🕊️ Today we held our very first Healing Clinic, offered by donation through Sea Spirit Sanctuary and the Spirit Healing & Remembrance Foundation.

Spirit was so present with us.
There were tears, relief and lots of love.

People came in holding a lot, and they left lighter; simply because they were met with real presence, care, and support.

This was a really beautiful beginning to this community offering, and I’m so grateful to everyone who trusted the space and me and showed up with open hearts. 💕

The next Healing Clinic is March 22nd.

✨ NEW: Spirit Healing Clinic (By Donation) ✨

Last month, I asked Spirit, “What is my next step? Please show me.”
Within two hours, I was shown a free, by-donation healing clinic - a simple, open space where healing could be shared and received. I didn’t see the whole picture, and I didn’t need to. When you receive a clear communication from Spirit, the invitation is to trust it and follow, even when you can’t yet see how it will unfold. This offering has come into being through that trust.

🩷 Beginning this February, I’ll be offering Spirit Healing Clinic hours: a by-donation space to come sit in the healing presence of Divine Love.

This space is devoted to healing - being held by Spirit, allowing what is ready to soften, shift, and restore naturally.

In this sacred space, healing isn’t something given, it’s something remembered.
Held in a field of Divine Love, you’re invited to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with the light of your spirit, and allow the mind - and in turn the body - to return to peace.

Healing doesn’t arise from words or techniques alone.
It arises naturally in the presence of Love itself.

As your heart rests in this frequency, something within you begins to awaken to the truth that you are already whole.
This is healing by resonance - a quiet, powerful return to yourself.

💙🪽 Wearing the Navy Wings Vest today from the incredibly talented Max Alexander (.to.the.max) — the youngest (9yo!!) professional fashion designer with his own runway shows — felt like slipping into a beautiful Spirit frequency. 🪽✨
to.the.max - thank you for following your heart, your soul’s knowing, and that unmistakable inner pull that only old souls recognize.
There is something happening beyond talent when a child begins designing couture at age four…
a past-life overlay so strong it breaks right through the veil.
(Makes you wonder which designer you were before this lifetime, Max! 😇🪡)

And wearing your wings today opened a doorway to connection between Heaven and Earth…

Spirit used me as a messenger for someone who deeply needed a message — right in the middle of my day, totally unplanned, totally divine, in a cute little shop in Falmouth…she commented on this vest…
The wings called in the exact soul who needed a message from Spirit.
