🌿 Welcome to the Sanctuary.

Today feels like more than a website launch or a name change—it feels like the next chapter of service that was always waiting to unfold.

This new chapter—Rev. Sarah Milligan—is born from years of saying yes to Spirit, again and again.

It feels especially meaningful that this sanctuary comes to life today, on a soul family member’s “new birth day.” A dear friend transitioned on this day in 2018 at sunrise. It’s said that the journey to Neverland is always at the time of sunrise, and for someone who always wanted to be Peter Pan, it felt like his soul timed his journey into the spirit world perfectly. 🧚 The lessons we shared around healing shaped so much of who I am and how I hold space for others. Thank you, Michael. 🤍

I’m also profoundly grateful to my teachers—both the ones who offered encouragement and the ones who brought challenges. Without those experiences, I wouldn’t be here, able to offer this support. Every challenge asked me to rise beyond my own limiting beliefs—or the limitations others tried to place on me. Every challenge asked me to trust my own intuition and my connection with Spirit first and foremost.

I’ll never forget a moment ten years ago, as I was walking out of an intense mediumship certification week, when one of the teachers, Kerry , came over to me and said, “You remind me a lot of myself when I was starting out…I want you to say yes to anything Spirit brings to you. Don’t say no because you think you’re not good enough, because you are. Just say yes.”

For the last decade, I’ve kept those words close to my heart and I’ve said YES to whatever Spirit has asked of me—even when I was absolutely terrified. And saying yes allowed me to meet all of you: my spiritual family, my closest friends, the best clients ever, my Home Circle Homies, my retreat groups—all of you.💞

I could not be more grateful for the honor of walking this path together, of helping each other remember who we really are, and of simply guiding each other Home.

I hope this space feels like a soft place to land—a place to remember you are already whole, already loved, already home.

Thank you for being part of this unfolding. Whether you’ve been here for years or are just arriving, I’m so excited for this new chapter of service. Sending you all the biggest hugs from Cape Cod and abundant gratitude. Thank you, thank you. I love you. 🤍

The last reading of the day was so touching… Please remember that every single day you have the ability to help people heal, even with a smile to a stranger. We forget we send ripples out with every action. We forget that just by being ourselves, we help people. This woman lost her daughter and was thanking me and blessing me...and I said it’s all your daughter communicating so well, I’m just the telephone cord. But she said no, you have this gift to help us and give messages that help us let go of the guilt holding us back. You share the love from our loved ones. And she made me teary because I don’t think we remember that we can change lives just by being our quirky (spirit seeing, clairvoyant) selves. Just be you - that’s all the world wants. Shine your light and be true to who you are no matter what. If what we do is fueled by LOVE, it is right. Love is the super power. Just be you - which is love! ❤️ xo
