I have some wonderful news!!! I will be moving locations starting April 19th. I will now be inside Aftermath Fitness in Somonauk. Don't worry I will make sure to remind everyone before their appointment. I am absolutely excited for what this will bring. My head is buzzing full of ideas. I'm so thankful that TJ Miller and Meagan Miller invited me into his business. There is so much more to come and I can't wait to tell all of you about it!

I am happy to say I am done with my Lymphatic Drainage training! Yay 😁😁😁 Who wants a good reset?

Alright I was doing some experimenting and it really helped clear up my sinuses and stuffy nose. I think lymphatic drainage would be amazing for that. Though make sure you are fully over being sick, because getting treatment before can spread sickness.

The lymphatic system is what cleans out toxins and excess fluid from your body. Flushing the system manually can help reset you, giving you fresh clean lymph fluid. It helps to boost your immune system by cleaning of pathogens. It also helps reduce swelling and puffiness. It is also wonderful for post injury or post surgery, by reducing inflammation and promoting circulation. With it's gentle approach, making it a great service for clients that like lighter pressure.

Fascia is a web-like connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones and organs. Myofascial release releases fascial restrictions, improves range of motion, loosens scar tissue, enhances blood circulation, corrects postural imbalances, aids in injury recovery and reduces stress.
This service consists of slow direct pressure to stretch the fascia without using lotion. Targeting areas that are bound with adhesions, usually within the fascia. This service is wonderful for people with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, posture issues and injuries.
