MOMMY & ME IS BACK!! 🍼💪🏼
Just in time for summer! Come get moving right alongside your little ones! Whether you’re easing back into fitness, or looking for a new way to stay active, this class will blend strength training, core stability, and cardio all in a judgement-free space! Come join us to build strength, boost energy, and connect with other moms! 🥰
Classes will run on Tuesday/ Thursdays at 9-10am for 6 weeks over the course of the summer! Find the dates below:
- June 9th/11th
- June 16th/18th
- June 23rd/25th
-Off for the week of July 4th!
- July 7th/9th
- July 14th/16th
- July 21st/23rd
