Join us for “Gentle Yoga for a Joyful Holiday Heart,” a special mini-session offered in partnership with Uplift Yoga, running December 1–19 on Mondays and Fridays, 1–1:45 p.m.

This class series combines mindfulness, calming breathwork, gratitude readings, and gentle chair yoga—helping you release stress and find peace during the busy season.

On September 27th, our 2025 Brooke Grove Retirement Village Walk to End Alzheimer’s team joined thousands on the National Mall, united in the fight against Alzheimer’s. 💜

Led by Alexandria Barnes, Director of Culinary Services, our team walked with purpose, honoring residents, families, and the millions of Americans affected by this disease. Since 2003, Brooke Grove staff, residents, and community members have raised over $500,000 to support the Alzheimer’s Association in research, education, and care programs.

The fight isn’t over! Our team goal for 2025 is $20,000, and fundraising continues through December 31. Every donation helps provide crucial support for families and advance research toward a cure.
