Zack Charkawi, M.D.
Dr. Zack Charkawi is a unique practitioner who combines in-depth knowledge of general medicine with dermatology. Beginning his journey in the medical field in 2000, Dr. Charkawi’s passion for procedural dermatology matured during his 10 year of service at Johns Creek Dermatology, where he is one of four providers serving the community. Over the years, he has treated and resected all types of skin growths and skin cancers, worked up and managed conditions alongside the dermatologist, and treated many skin conditions related to other medical problems. Attending highly specialized conferences, Dr. Charkawi has expanded his knowledge and expertise. Using his understanding of managing and diagnosing hair loss, he founded our hair loss restoration unit, which offers cutting-edge hair loss treatments for men and women of all ages. Easy to talk to, very attentive, caring, and a thorough spot-on clinician, Dr. Charkawi makes patients feel at ease and men especially feel comfortable discussing their anti-aging needs. A local of Sandy Springs, he enjoys connecting with neighbors and friends and building more ties to the community.
