What is HOTWORX?

HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio with unlimited access to virtually instructed classes. We offer hot yoga, hot pilates, hot cycling, hot rowing, hot barre, hot bands, plus so much more! Isometric (ISO) sessions are 30-40 minutes & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are 13-15 minutes... Offered all day, every day. More workout, less time.

Why in a sauna? Infrared energy penetrates your body causing you to sweat, accelerate detoxification, and removes toxins from organs through muscle contraction. Results include: weight loss, recovery and relief, cellulite removal, reduced stress, better sleep, anti-aging, and more.
