Meet Monic Marquez!
“I enjoy working for this company so far due to the growth opportunities, flexibility, and endless support I have received from everyone here. They really care about their employees. That makes this company stand out from the rest.
I love helping and making a difference in the life of families and children. I hope my light helps others see the light they carry within themselves.
Building a relationship with the clients and their families and realizing the significance I have in shaping their future.
Orlando Florida is one of my favorite places to go for vacation!”

Meet Ayana Adams!
“I truly appreciate the flexibility this company offers, which is especially important as I’m currently pursuing another degree in the education field. The ability to maintain a healthy balance between work and academics has been incredibly beneficial. I also value the opportunity to choose cases that align with my strengths and comfort level, allowing me to provide the best support possible to my clients.
The onboarding and training process was straightforward and informative, helping me feel well prepared from the start. Most importantly, I feel consistently supported by my BCBA, whose guidance and encouragement foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Becoming an RBT was a new and exciting step in my professional journey. Prior to this, I served as a child care center director for three years, and while I found that role rewarding, I was ready for a meaningful change. Although I wasn’t exactly a "spring chicken" when I transitioned into this field, it quickly became something I absolutely love. The impact I’m able to make in the lives of the children and families I work with has been incredibly fulfilling, and I’ve never looked back. This field has given me a renewed sense of purpose, and I’m grateful every day to be part of it.
What I love most about this job is that no two days are ever the same. Some days are easier than others, but each one brings a new experience and opportunity for growth. While the children I serve may be learning from me, I find that I’m also constantly learning from them. Their resilience, strength, and intelligence continue to inspire me every single day. What truly stands out to me is how Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) serves as the framework or picture frame for learning for children with ASD. But within that frame, my client and I are painting the picture together. Each session is a unique stroke on that canvas, and in the end, the progress we make is absolutely beautiful. It’s a privilege to be part of their journey and to witness their growth in such a meaningful way.
A fun fact about me is that I’m a passionate anime fan! I enjoy watching both classic and new series. In addition to that, I absolutely love reading. Over the years, I’ve collected more books than I can realistically read, so at this point, I consider myself more of a book collector than a reader! Both hobbies help me recharge outside of work.”

ABA therapy helps children develop essential skills that empower them in everyday life. Whether it’s learning to communicate, building friendships, or becoming more independent, ABA supports growth in so many ways.
💙 Build Communication Skills: ABA helps kids find their voice, whether it’s using words, gestures, or other methods to express their needs and feelings.
💙 Teach Social Skills: From making eye contact to sharing and making friends, ABA fosters social connections that can last a lifetime!
💙 Promote Independence: ABA focuses on daily skills like brushing teeth, getting dressed, or following routines—helping kids do things for themselves.
💙 Encourage Positive Behaviors: Through positive reinforcement, ABA encourages helpful behaviors that boost confidence and make learning fun.
💙 Problem-Solving and Adaptability: ABA helps children build patience, resilience, and the ability to handle new situations—skills they’ll use in school, at home, and beyond.

Meet Lindsey Jackson!
“I enjoy working for GBA because I love giving back. I love being part of changing the lives of others.
I started in the RBT field because as a day care Director, I wanted to be able to help all the children in my center. I knew if I was able to learn more about children with ASD I would be in a better position to help them adapt.
My favorite part about this is job is seeing children reach their goals and feel included in our community.
One fun fact about myself is that I am a boy mom to three amazing boys.”
