After years of working with hundreds of Chakras I have a lot to teach and share about the reality of this structure and our human bodies. Online Chakra Classes Tuesday Mornings 10am $177
This is an 8 week live Zoom class from 10am - 12pm Mountain Time, every Tuesday from February 17th - April 7th We will cover the material and give plenty of opportunity for Q&A at the end. If you are not able to make it to the virtual, a recording will be sent out after each class.

In-Person Chakra Classes Thursday Evenings 7pm $247
Come and enjoy an incredible two hours each Thursday night as we dive deeply into each chakra and have hands-on personal experiences learning about and practicing with different healing tools. Before you go home enjoy a blissful meditation experience and benefit from some extra TLC. Class size is limited to 6 spots. Class runs from ​February 19th - April 9th.
All Day In-Person Chakra Class 8am - 5pm $133
This is an all day bootcamp filled with lots of learning and hands on training for working with your chakras. After all of the learning we will end the evening with a Full Chakra Balance meditation. There will be a 1 hour break for lunch from 11:30am -12:30pm. You can bring a sack lunch or visit one of the nearby eating areas.

After teaching a Reiki Master class, I came away from the class with some very specific painting ideas that I want to be putting up on the walls of my home. Things that I want to paint and artwork that I want someone else to do. I stopped by a local thrift store. to rifle through the frames and artwork and see if there was anything that would fit the bill. I came across a rather simple painting of a feather, which for me when I see feathers it means I am in the right spot. The next painting that followed was this beautiful watercolor. $6 and you better believe it was going home with me!

The symbolism of this painting is deep. At surface level it is easily just seen as a Native American like image of the Mother Mary and the Holy Babe. However when you look deeper and deeper at the painting you uncover more and more symbolism. Tell me the meanings of what you see and know from the images in the painting. Help me uncover what the artist was trying to convey. And lastly, after a closer look at the posted pictures how does this painting make you feel?
