We are trained in SO many modalities and accept most insurances, including Select Health, University of Utah, BCBS/Regence, United, UMR, GEHA, Surest, EMI, PEHP, Optum, Tricare/Triwest, and Medicaid (not Molina or Optum Medicaid, but all the rest!)
