After discussion with the membership and in accordance with the UFDA Mission and Value Statements, the officers and directors will concentrate on the following strategic initiatives: 1) Provide more innovative continuing education opportunities 2) Be more proficient in communicating disseminating information (website, e-mail, newsletter, etc.) 3) Continue to visit mortuaries and l

isten to the needs of the membership 4) Lead the way in strengthening funeral service laws, providing public advocacy, and fostering relationships with legislators/regulators 5) Offer value-added business partnerships that provide clear member benefits and potential residual income to the Association.
