Tomorrow February 27, 2023 Bull Run Chiropractic Clinic re-opens to treat patients. We wish to thank all the members of the community who shared their concern, expertise and hard labor. When the roof blew off like a sardine can, the Bull Run Team switched from healthcare to crisis mitigation into construction and rehab. Lynn, Amy and Katherine made it possible to get our practice up and running. They and their families are truly generous people. I cannot emphasize how hard they worked. Emptying barrels and buckets for 23 days while we waited out the atmospheric rivers. Tarps and plastic sheeting did little but funnel into overflowing containers.
We have some fixing to do yet but enough is done to allow our team to get back to what we are passionate about. To best help the community of Sandy. Thank you for your support. See you soon.

We have been cleaning, painting, arranging, rearranging….
We are getting new floors next week and opening up Monday February 27 for business.

This is a new adventure for us. We’ve had a lot of help through Oregon Mutual Insurance and all the contractors who are helping. Profound thanks to everyone who has helped, offered to help or suggested some outfit who could provide assistance.

Pro Escobedo and his team at Horizon Roofing really saved us.
Life is better with a roof.

Last Tuesday, December 27, 2022 the wind tore a large piece of the roof over Bull Run Chiropractic Clinic off the building. Damage to the building is extensive. We are unable to provide chiropractic and massage services until repairs are made. A new roof is coming but we need a drier forecast.

Dr. Steve Salaz and Dr. Jake Salaz at Mt. Hood Chiropractic Clinic in Gresham have offered to provide care for our patients while Bull Run is being refurbished.

The goal is to reopen to patients on Feb 27, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay. Mother Nature wins. Always. A tarp is not a roof.

Thank you to the tenants and staff for all their help and understanding.

We officially re-opened yesterday.
No massage yet. Sorry to all the fans of Amy. We will be monitoring the advice of Governor Brown, the CDC and State of Oregon.

I am thinking of all the wonderful people I would be seeing in my office under normal conditions. I miss all of you. Please: support each other socially by staying apart physically. We must be smart. Viruses know no geographical boundaries or ideology.

People travel and the virus hitches a ride. The fact that one can harbor Coronavirus and remain asymptomatic for days or weeks, while being extremely contagious to others, is what gives this virus a great advantage. There are many more people world-wide who have COVID-19 and are unaccounted for. Accurate numbers of infected individuals could only be known if serial testing of everyone occurred, which is impossible. Please take care of yourself and your family. Don’t be tempted to have a birthday party or play date. That’s the best way we can protect all of us.

We must all help each other out. Gratitude to the tireless people working at hospitals, the First Responders, the grocery stores, truck drivers, delivery people, the utilities providers, the US mail, media providers, and government employees..., the list goes on and on. Cooperation and patience is essential, both with others and ourselves. We will get through this with love and understanding.
