Location is not a concern for us. We can get an employee to you. We understand that unexpected situations arise; that is why our staff is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. At ACH, we understand what a difficult decision it is to seek assistance. For that reason, you can call our office at any time, day or night, to receive more information and find out what options are available to you. We at ACH can be a resource for services that we may not provide. 24-hour On-Call Service (NO ANSWERING SERVICE)
A person who knows our clients and their family and home situation will answer all calls to address concerns, answer questions, and respond to emergencies. Weekly Calls
Weekly calls will be made to the client and/or family by a client coordinator. These calls help us to be proactive, not reactive, to issues that may arise. This also provides an opportunity to discuss the client’s care. Monthly Visits
Client coordinators will visit the client’s home each month. These visits allow us more opportunity to assure quality care is being provided to our clients. Introductions
When a caregiver is sent to a home for the first time, they will always be accompanied by one of our coordinators to be personally introduced to the client and/or family.
