50 squats
30 pushups
35 glute bridges
20 ea. side hip abduction plank
30 bilateral banded rotations
13 skater lunges
10 ea side plank rotation
20 sit ups.
30 heel toe raises
20 dips
12 single arm bicep curls
15 reverse lunges
