Since 1990, I have had the pleasure of building a whole-family based massage therapy practice where people can relax, find balance and unwind. Wed. & Fri mornings, I have the pleasure of being a 500RYT Yoga instructor at Mt. I truly believe that we have the power to "ease" our bodies through our breath, thoughts, actions, our connections, massage, nutrition, laughter, animals and nature. This page
