📢 Now Hiring: Part-Time Certified Peer Support Specialist / Sober Living Assistant – Sandy, UT

Collective Recovery, Inc. is looking for a part-time Certified Peer Support Specialist to help support our sober living program. This is a 20–25 hr/week role, starting at $18/hr+, with opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do:

-Support residents in recovery with accountability, community building, and resource navigation.

-Check in at our sober living houses and ensure they’re safe, clean, and compliant with house rules.

-Facilitate evening telehealth psychoeducation groups and house meetings.

Document notes and communicate with the treatment team.

What we’re looking for:

-Utah Certified Peer Support Specialist (required).

-1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred).

-Strong boundaries, good communication, and a willingness to get hands-on in a sober living environment.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling between properties.
