Due to cancellations & hot temps (maybe they’re related…🤷🏼‍♀️) we’re going to pull yoga this evening. Looks like the last real hot (95 deg) or warmer day in a while! Should be good tomorrow. We’ll be making yoga Wednesday at 5:30 & 6:30 regular temp to make up for the classes we had to cancel. Stay cool 😎 CF+Y Fam! Thanks again for your understanding.

HELLO CF+Y FAM!! Out of precaution, we are canceling our evening classes tonight due to the hot temps. We know this is an inconvenience, and we really don’t like to do it. The CF+Y team would much rather be leading you in some fantastic exercise classes….but we know it’s the right call. All scheduled classes will resume tomorrow when it’s cooler! Thanks for your understanding! 🫶🏼
