Thank you to Golden Hours Senior Recreation Center in Ogden for welcoming Active Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care. Our chaplain Tiffany spoke about how many veterans struggle to ask for help, and we shared how hospice care in Utah can support veterans and their families while they continue to receive medical care through the VA. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with this amazing group of veterans and provide information about home health, hospice, and personal care services in our community.
