🚨 Proposed Medicaid rate cuts would make it even harder to find qualified, in-home caregivers putting North Carolina's most fragile populations at risk. Families already struggle to fill care hours — and these cuts would force vulnerable children, adults, and seniors into costly hospitals or institutions.
