This morning I made oak milk, cashew coffee cold brew, almond lavender milk and cashew blueberry cardamom milk in my Nama nut milk maker!!!! Productive and for you people that say it’s not milk, that’s ok, but that’s how I see it !!! You do you I do me 😘 cheers 🥛 clean up is so easy, and I cleaned the machine between each flavour !!!

Looking through old photos I found a newspaper clip of me and my class singing in French, the French national Anthem for a BBC radio show! I should try and find where I can listen to the story it was used in !

When darkness surrounds you, then life becomes blurred, until finally all of that leads to clarity!!! It’s called life and it will repeat through life, remember there is always light at the end !!!!

16 years ago January 31st ! I Graduated yoga teacher training, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!! Since then I have met so many yoga experts from all over the country, and had the opportunity to learn from them, but the most I’ve ever learnt in my classes is from my students, each and everyone of them have taught me to be a better teacher, and for this I thank them all 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️
