When darkness surrounds you, then life becomes blurred, until finally all of that leads to clarity!!! It’s called life and it will repeat through life, remember there is always light at the end !!!!

16 years ago January 31st ! I Graduated yoga teacher training, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!! Since then I have met so many yoga experts from all over the country, and had the opportunity to learn from them, but the most I’ve ever learnt in my classes is from my students, each and everyone of them have taught me to be a better teacher, and for this I thank them all 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s a gift to me when a student asks for me to teach yoga to her and her family as a gift to them, today these gifts were exchanged MERRY Christmas!! And as an extra gift a hawk joined us too !!!
