In my practice, I see how deeply our physical health is tied to our emotional well-being. Often, we hold tension, past injuries, or even shame in our pelvic floor without even realizing it. Shout out to Diana Health in Orange City!

I attended a birth workers get together and it was so well done.

Bonita and her team truly care about women.

They offer:
• midwife care
• well woman and gynecology care
• mental health care
• full women’s health support under one roof

They also know how to host.
The snacks were amazing.
They even treated everyone to chair and hand massages, which says a lot about how they value the people they serve.
