These two surprises made my week.

The “Boss Lady” plaque showed up on my desk and I still haven’t figured out which one of my team members left it there. Between the constant motion around here and trying to keep up with everything, I haven’t even had a chance to play detective yet. Whoever it was, thank you. It truly meant a lot.

And the plant pot was from Mandy… who clearly knows me very well. 😆

I’m incredibly grateful for this team. Not because of the gifts, but because they show up every day and absolutely crush it for our clients. I genuinely have the dream team here, and I couldn’t ask for better people to work alongside.

✨ Meet our new Massage Therapist Sarah! ✨

Sarah has been practicing massage therapy since 2015 and loves helping clients relax, release tension, and feel better in their bodies. She brings a calm, welcoming energy to every session and enjoys creating a space where clients can truly unwind.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah is a passionate crafter and especially enjoys crocheting. She also loves reading, writing, and caring for what she calls her “house jungle” of plants. She lives locally with her husband Chris (yes — the same Chris who’s also a therapist here at Muscle Balance), their amazing daughter, seven cats, and a very fluffy French angora rabbit.

If you see Sarah around the clinic, be sure to say hello — and if you book a session with her, you’ll be in great hands.

Four years strong.
Tonight we celebrated another milestone for Muscle Balance and the incredible team behind it. From a single rented room to the space we’re in now, this journey hasn’t been easy — but it’s been worth every step.
