Chris is a Sanford local with 17 years of massage therapy experience. He brings a deep, clinical skill set that’s been built through years of hands-on work — including time spent working directly alongside chiropractors to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and correct muscular dysfunctions.

Specializing in neuromuscular therapy, Chris has a strong understanding of how the body functions (and malfunctions), and he’s got the experience to back it up. Whether you’re dealing with postural issues, nerve entrapments, or that one shoulder that’s been mad at you since 2015 — you’ll be in great hands.

🕖 We’re now offering extended hours on Mondays and Tuesdays until 7 p.m. to give you more flexibility to book with Chris. After-work appointments just got easier.

Thank goodness it's Friday!!! While there may not be a quote that perfectly describes the joy of the weekend, we're excited to start it off with a relaxing massage. On Saturday, 4/12, we have two openings available with Mandy, and on Monday, 4/14, we have various openings with Mandy, Ashley, and Elsa. Please note that these appointments are for non-medical/VA referrals only. For those with limited time, our chair massages are a great option. We look forward to seeing you soon. 🩷
