Learned this lesson recently and realized sometimes you just have to let things go. That topic of self care made me reflect and think am I carry things that I do not have to? Am I being weighed down by other people’s issues that aren’t mine to carry? Stop carrying things that weigh you down !!! Today! Trust me I’m not just speaking for you alone it’s time I do it as well.

I’ve been knocked down a few times this year and it’s just March 2nd! I will always dust myself off and take a few deep breathes and get on with the get on…. But I am also learning to have limits so when I do fall I may sit there for a moment to evaluate the fall / fail and assess how can I make sure this doesn’t happen again 💭 🤔 well no matter what try to remember the momentum to knock you down doesn’t last long 💥 get up and get composed and move forward
