We invite all veterans, active duty military, spouses, and first responders and their family members to a complimentary yoga class as our way to thank this community for their service. This class will combine mindful movement and breathwork to nurture healing and cultivate peace in body and mind. Appropriate for beginners as well as those with yoga experience. Class will be led February 8 by military spouse Teresa Waters.
