One on One Fitness Studio is a private, Personal Training Studio and Functional Fitness facility. We offer private and semi-private training for those clients interested in customized programming, rehabilitary work, and/or development of the foundations of functional fitness. With a clientele ranging in age from 9 to 85 years of age, there are a variety of physical goals we can accommodate for. Ou

r Mission is to help others obtain maximum results by challenging you both mentally and physically. We place great emphasis on diet, flexibility, endurance, strength, and balance. We will ensure that your short term goals are met, and assist you in building an everlasting friendship with fitness. The success of our clients in achieving their health and fitness goals is our greatest priority and our business is built on this principle. Our focus in not on selling memberships but rather on delivering consistent results and knowledge to our clients. We charge no enrollment fees, monthly gym dues, nor do we require long term contracts. Whether your goals are fat loss, strength gains, cardiovascular fitness, contest preparation, or to just get a toned athletic physique....our trainer's knowledge and experience will help assure you achieve them.

Months of training… pushing past fear, doubt, and any excuses - This weekend they showed up and took on their first Spartan race in Fayetteville like absolute warriors.
And what says everything about who they are?
👉 They showed right back up for training the very next day… not missing a beat.

📅 8-Week Strength Block
🕠 Mon / Tues / Thurs @ 5:30PM

➡️ 2 days each week will be slower paced, very intentional movements while ramping up strength and building lean muscle as you progress each week.
➡️1 day will be higher intensity/conditioning, core and mobility.

📲 You must be signed up in advance each week to reserve your spot for this 8-week training block.
🙏 Please be courteous and "Unreserve" any sessions you can not attend within 12 hours of camp times.
