On 11/17 my life changed in an instant. I suffered a serious fall, landing face first and sustained multiple injuries: cracked septum, shattered femur, and humerus broken in two places.

After 3 weeks in the hospital and rehab, I am now home facing a 2-3 month recovery. I have no income, and my bills and medical expenses are already more than I can afford.
