We’re so excited to welcome a new instructor to our community—

Starting in April, Sandra will be guiding a brand new class:

🌿 About Sandra
Sandra’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago at her first duty station in Alaska—and like many of us, yoga became something she returned to more deeply during life’s more demanding seasons.
After navigating the stress of graduate school, she committed to her practice in a more grounded and intentional way, eventually completing her 200-hour YTT with Living Balance Studios in Fayetteville.
Her approach to teaching is rooted in one simple, powerful intention:
✨ creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for people of all backgrounds and abilities
Before stepping into teaching, Sandra served 9 years in the Air Force and went on to earn both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Marine Science from UNCW (yes, she’s as cool as she sounds 🐚🌊).
When she’s not on the mat, you’ll likely find her knitting, crocheting, reading, running, cooking, or spending time with her family.
