Roofener Fitness Co.

Roofener Fitness Co. was started December 10, 2016 with hopes of helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Always enjoying teaching others the benefits of lifting weights and living a healthy lifestyle I decided to become a personal trainer. My health and fitness journey started as a child watching Arnold Schwarzenegger films doing push-ups and curls in my room with hopes of one day looking and being like him. As i got older the motivation changed. I was a skinny insecure kid that wanted muscle to gain the attention of girls. It didn't take long for me to realize it takes more than muscle to “get the girls”. I started reading more about how to build muscle and burn fat gaining some bad habits along the way. I quickly learned that the 10 pounds of muscle promised in the magazines were nothing more than a glorified scam to get me to buy their overpriced products and the “one size fits all” workout programs they offered were designed by an unnatural bodybuilder who had abnormal genes that allowed him to gain muscle quicker and easier than the average person. After waisting thousands of dollars on their products and trying most all of the “cookie cutter” workout plans I decided to figure out what could really deliver the results the magazines promised. After years of research I have found that it doesn't have so much to do with the supplement but with quality of food, sleep, and programming. When you hire me as your personal trainer you will not be sold supplements or given a “one size fits all” workout plan you will learn how to eat right, get the correct amount of sleep and receive safe effective exercise programming that will deliver the results you are looking for. I am not promising a quick fix or an easy road ahead it takes time and patience to change your life but with me in your corner you will have a road map for your journey.
